If something isn't right, we want to make it right. You have 3 days from delivery to return an unused item. Here's exactly how it works.
We accept returns of unused products in their original condition and packaging within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unwritten-in, undamaged and resaleable. For hygiene and quality reasons we're unable to accept items that have been used or marked.
This policy applies to orders delivered in India and internationally. If the law where you live gives you a longer period to cancel or return an order, that period applies. Bulk and personalised orders may be handled differently, and we'll always tell you before you buy.
Write to info@islamifiq.com with your order number and the reason for return.
We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a return address and simple instructions.
Pack the item safely and ship it back. We'll email you once it arrives and is checked.
Return shipping is arranged by you unless the item was damaged or faulty, in which case we cover it. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost on their way back to us.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email to confirm it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Want a different cover colour? The quickest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order, so you're not waiting on stock. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, email us and we'll do our best to arrange it based on availability.
If your order arrives damaged in transit or with a manufacturing fault, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give a full refund, including shipping, wherever you are. If you are outside India, you will not need to post the damaged item back to us; a clear photo is enough for us to replace or refund it.
Customers outside India can return an unused item within 3 days of delivery, on the same conditions as above. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you; we recommend a tracked service and marking the parcel as a returned item so no import duty is charged on its way back.
Once it arrives and is checked, we refund the price you paid for the item to your original payment method. Two things cannot be refunded: the shipping you paid on the original order, and any customs duties or import taxes you paid on delivery. Those charges go to the courier and to your country’s customs, not to us.
