We want your order to reach you safely and without fuss. Here's how and when we dispatch and deliver, along with what to expect once your order is on its way.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 5–7 business days of being placed. We pack each order carefully so your journal arrives in the condition it left us. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
We ship worldwide from India. Delivery within India is free. For international orders, the shipping cost depends on your destination and is calculated at checkout, before you pay. Delivery time depends on your destination and courier, so the estimate for your address is shown at checkout, along with the shipping cost.

Prices on the site are shown in your local currency as a guide. All orders are charged in Indian rupees (INR); your bank converts the amount at its own rate.
Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is delivered to the address you provide.
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also follow its progress any time on our Track Order page using your order number and the email used at checkout.
Every international parcel is sent by tracked air mail, and you'll receive the tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us.
Customs duties, import taxes and handling fees are set by the destination country and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. Where they apply, they are collected by the courier or local post on delivery and are the recipient's responsibility. We declare every order accurately and cannot mark parcels as gifts to avoid duties.
If a parcel is refused, or returned to us because duties were unpaid or the address was incomplete, we'll refund the order once it reaches us, less the original shipping cost and any return charges.
Please double-check your address, postal code and phone number with country code at checkout, as couriers use these to reach you.
Occasionally couriers experience delays beyond our control. If your estimated window has passed, please check your tracking first, then contact us and we'll help chase it. If a parcel is damaged in transit or arrives faulty, we'll replace or refund it at no cost, see our Returns & Refunds page.
